	I was first impressed by receiving several emails from the company. While getting ready for a trip you don't want to have to call and confirm everything. One day before we left I received an email confirmation and that made me feel very relaxed about the service. Our driver met us at baggage claim and was very friendly. The night before our transfer back to the hotel I received a phone confirmation and felt happy to receive that. Our driver was very professional and friendly. I would recommend this company to others and will definitely use it again. And, the price is very good for the service. We will probably travel in the late winter or spring of 2010 and will be booking Sunstate. Thank you very much for making our transfers easy. Lisa, David, Emma and Olivia

	Your service was exceptional and helped make our trip to Disney a totally stress-free, enjoyable vacation. Our flight landed early. Pavlos was checking our flight status and was aware of that, but he was delayed a bit in traffic. He called us twice to let us know his status. Jorge arrived a little early for our Shades of Green pick-up, which was good. So we headed back to the airport about 10 minutes early. 	I had 3 reservations and there was only one minor problem. The one town car was not at the right terminal on my son's arrival. 	The only comment I could make is you warn your customers of possible harassment of competitors and taxi drivers at stations and terminals. The call prior to pick up was very reassuring. Rosilyn, B.

	We were told by our driver we would receive a free transport to either Sea World or Universal. This information was incorrect. However, Sunstate was very gracious and went ahead and gave a free transport and I was pleasantly surprised at this. I would have gladly paid for the service, but they did it anyway. I would definitely use Sunstate again in the future and recommend so to anyone going to Orlando area. Sharon, G.

	One of the highlights of our trip was when we were picked up at the airport in Orlando and were literally taken right out of the airport into the waiting van without having to deal with the crowded airport. We would definitely use sunstate again. Marcy B.

	Cannot remember the driver’s name he was a young man around 30 yrs old and was great. My son had to stop on the way to shades of green to use the bathroom. Your driver found a place for him thanks for that or he would not have made it. On the way to the airport to leave after our vacation we had the same driver. 	We missed our plane from Chicago to Orlando so we were 10hours late our driver was there waiting and helped us locate our luggage. He was a great! 	The driver who picked us up 6/6 (do not remember his name) was exceptional. He helped us get our luggage at the bag pick-up area, ensured that everyone was comfortable in the van and if the temperature was OK. A couple of days later we saw him at the Shades of Green resort and he spoke to us, asking if our trip was going well...) You need to make sure you keep him-a big asset to your business!! Kim L.

	Very dependable service and would recommend you to my friends. Just be sure to explain that the drivers meet the customer at the baggage claim belt # I didn't see the driver at the bottom of the escalator where all the other drivers were and assumed he was not there so I called. I think it would be helpful to point out that he won't be with the other drivers and to go to the baggage pickup belt of their airline. That was my only problem and I may have misunderstood when I received the information. Thank you for your great service. Bernadette G.

	All went well with our transport. One note, we arrived slightly early and had retrieved our bags prior to the driver arriving at the luggage carousel. We went downstairs to ground transport looking for the driver, instead of waiting at baggage claim. Driver arrived very quickly and helped us. Maybe note in the confirmation email that the driver will meet arriving guests at baggage claim. Overall, everything was excellent and would definitely use service again. John G.

Your system couldn't seem to come up with the info and were to call back which you didn't. Guest Services called with the confirmation. But that was the only hitch. 	The drivers are well dressed and very courteous. I have never experienced such a great limo service. The meet and greet is a great idea for people like me who don't cope well with Airport directions. The driver met me at the baggage area, helped me with my luggage. The price is also very affordable.
