	Reserved a limo for the trip from Orlando Airport to Shades of Green with Sun State Limo. We were met by Alfredo who quickly had us loaded and ready to go. The vehicle was roomy and clean. During the trip to the hotel he acted as a “tour guide” and provided us with a lot information that we found useful during our stay at Disney World. Alfredo was out going and entertaining to say the least. We were so impressed by quality of service he provided that we requested him by name on our return ride at the end of the Disney vacation. 	Our return trip to the Airport was on Friday, 24 Feb. The pick up was from Shades of Green at 10:05 am. My primary complaint was the driver didn't make an attempt to identify himself to anyone that he was here to pick us up. There were at least 7 or 8 Sunstate vehicles picking up other passengers about the same time, and we didn't know how to determine who was our driver. No one from SunState told us how to know who our driver was when they arrived at Shades of Green. We asked several drivers when they arrived but they were not the ones for us, so after asking four drivers we decided to wait until the driver identified himself as our pick up driver. The Hotel Bell Service finally asked us and then he carried our bags and put them in the Van, not the driver. Perhaps sending a similar note to the one you sent via email for the airport pick up telling us that the driver will be at baggage claim with a sign would be good to do before we are picked up at the hotel. This would be very helpful, especially when there are a lot of SunState pick ups at the same place and same time. Jon Berg-Johnsen

We also received a cancellation notice the night before our return flight (received after closing) and arrangements were made for us the next morning at 0500 so we could get to the airport for our new flight on time. One day before we left I received an email confirmation and that made me feel very relaxed about the service. Our driver met us at baggage claim and was very friendly. Just be sure to explain that the drivers meet the customer at the baggage claim belt # I didn't see the driver at the bottom of the escalator where all the other drivers were and assumed he was not there so I called. I think it would be helpful to point out that he won't be with the other drivers and to go to the baggage pickup belt of their airline.
